Donating to LifeCycle just got easier

You may have noticed that there is now a “Donate Now” button on the website (just on the right, above the Betfair logo). Clicking this button allows you to make an instant online donation to LifeCycle using any major payment card. It is secure, private and easy, and we are grateful to the British company BMyCharity for offering us this service. All our participants (cyclists and backup team) have their own personal fundraising goals, and many of them are now setting up their own personal BMyCharity fundraising page. All funds still go directly to LifeCycle of course. So, if you are following the progress of one particular participant, why not make an online donation directly to their personal donation page? You can do this by visiting the Cyclists page or Backup Team page and clicking their photo. If they have set up a personal donation page, a new window will open with a link to their secure online donation form. If they haven’t yet set up their personal donation page, try again in a couple of days – or contact them and remind them to do it!

A Word of Thanks

There are many people who, over the years, have given regularly to LifeCycle, making private donations with no expectation or wish for reward or publicity. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all. Every donation is important to the patients of the Mater Dei Renal Unit and the work done by the unit in improving their quality of life. This year, if you have donated at least €50 to LifeCycle and are willing to make us aware of that, you can be entered in a draw to win an expenses-paid trip for two people to a Manchester United home game next season!
